Who are the Silver Foxes?
From Sydney Australia, the legends Don Ticchio (The Silver) and Sorab Del Rio (The Fox) are Silver Fox Comics.
Don and Sorab are the producers, writers and directors for Silver Fox Comics. Their mission? To create an Australian Action Hero icon that's as Aussie as it gets, accompanied by what is undoubtedly the greatest Australian comic series of all time – none other than the epic saga of Bazza the Bogan Barbarian, his wife Shazza and Drop Bears Thriller and Killer.
Founded in 2010, Silver Fox Comics initially crafting new tales for the iconic Zorro. Soon, they transitioned to their own created owned properties including Bazza the Bogan Barbarian Series, Zombie Cities, and The Adventures of Rudy Cool.
Their comic journey commenced in the 90s, with Don presenting the Southern Aurora Presents series and Sorab launching Skunge NYPD.
Don Ticchio - The Silver Marvel:
Known as the "Don Mustache Aficionado," Don Ticchio isn't just a comic creator; he's a guardian of the ancient Ticchio Family Salami and Wine recipes! Hailing from Italy, this Italian stallion is also a devoted husband to the incredible Maria. With three adorably named kids – Mario, Luigi, and Princess Peach – Don Ticchio's creativity knows no bounds!
Sorab Del Rio - The Fox:
From the captivating island of Anchovinia comes Sorab Del Rio, the visionary writer behind Silver Fox Comics. As a single dad to his fur-kidz Rio (now ruling Doggy Heaven) and Ria, Sorab's heart beats to the rhythm of Cuban and Puerto Rican salsa. By the light of day, he immerses himself in the world of consulting, a means to an end, dedicated solely to fueling his true passion – the creation of awe-inspiring comic books.
